Buying questions
How can I pay for WarmFall?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and guest checkout means no account is needed.
Which WarmFall bundle should I buy?
Buy one heater per room you want to heat. 1 heater is £129, 2 are £189 (£94.50 each) and 3 are £239 (about £79.67 each). A bigger bundle is only better value if you'll use every heater.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes. Delivery to UK addresses is free and usually takes 3–5 working days. We only deliver within the UK.
What if WarmFall doesn't suit me?
Every order includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us with your order number for return instructions.
Is warmfall.co.uk the official website?
Yes. warmfall.co.uk is the official UK website for WarmFall. Check the spelling in your browser before you pay.
Can I buy WarmFall on Amazon or eBay?
We only sell WarmFall through this official website. Lookalike heaters elsewhere may not have the same ceramic core, thermostat, safety cut-out or UK plug, and aren't covered by our guarantee.
Do I need the £4.95 warranty add-on?
No, it's optional. Secure Delivery + Lifetime Warranty can be removed in the order box before checkout. Your statutory consumer rights apply either way.
Do I need an electrician to fit it?
No. It plugs into a normal UK 3-pin socket and fixes to the wall with two screws using the paper template — most people take about 10 minutes.
