Orders and prices
Prices are shown in GBP. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We'll confirm your order by email.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. See our delivery page for timings.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK law, and our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you longer. See our returns page.
Safe use
Follow the safety instructions in the manual. Keep curtains and furnishings clear of the heater, and do not cover it.
